Paul brings over three decades of experience to your organization to help develop a strong culture with proven systems to grow your business. Paul started two successful businesses and led local, regional, and national divisions for other start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He has experience building new divisions, turning around broken divisions at a national level, and expanding sales and operations into new markets across the U.S. His background living and working in New York, Florida, and California and running divisions in 18 markets across the U.S. gives Paul a unique perspective to help you get everything you want out of your business no matter where you operate.  

Paul was honored to serve on the board of the Council on Aging and the Builder’s Industry Association where he chaired various committees such as finance, research and education. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Hofstra University, and a master’s degree in real estate development and management from Nova Southeastern University. Paul resides in Orange County, California with his wife and two sons.
