Join our analytics team as we walk through the Spectrum of Risk for employer sponsored health plans. This session will cover areas like captives, self-funding, level-funding and more and will give you the tools and understanding to help you make the best financial choices for your company. 

 

We will then deep dive into your Total Rewards program & how data can be used throughout all aspects. Our team will help you take actionable steps towards formalizing your plan year and identify areas to best prepare you for your renewal to minimize blind and/or rushed decision making.
