Denise joined Marsh & McLennan Agency in September 2018 as Executive Vice President of Business Insurance and National Partnerships. Denise works closely with both the MMC operating companies and MMA regional leaders across the organization to execute short- and long-term business insurance growth strategies.
She also focuses much of her time fostering strong relationships with our carrier partners to thoughtfully negotiate national contracts, collaborate on future strategic planning, and participate in new product and industry practice development.
Talia L. Delanoy, Assistant Managing Partner, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani
Talia L. Delanoy is the Assistant Managing Partner in the Sacramento office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. She is an experienced litigator with a strong reputation in the community amongst local lawyers, mediators and judges. Ms. Delanoy’s goal is to efficiently and accurately assess the potential risk in each case early and provide her clients with a goal-oriented plan, including focused discovery and cost-effective investigation.

As the director of property & casualty claims for Marsh & McLennan Agency’s (MMA) West region, Yvette Beaubien is responsible for overseeing the region’s claims advocacy team. She has developed and implemented a highly effective claims management program. Serving as a liaison between clients and their insurance carriers, Yvette assists with complex insurance coverage disputes on behalf of clients.

Kate Moher is currently National Employee Health & Benefits Practice Leader at Marsh McLennan Agency, a subsidiary of Marsh established in 2008 to serve as a platform for the middle market. In her role, Moher will set both the long and short-term strategic direction for organic growth while aligning the needs of the local practice across MMA. Fostering relationships with partner carriers, vendors and practice leaders across the MMA markets is critical to drive the successful execution of key initiatives. Moher is also accountable for fostering innovation and collaboration with counterparts at Marsh McLennan Companies.
Chris Beinecke J.D., LL.M., Employee Health & Benefits National Compliance Leader Marsh McLennan Agency
Chris Beinecke is Marsh & McLennan Agency’s National Compliance Leader for the Employee Health & Benefits practice and leads our Compliance Center of Excellence. He is a well-known and highly skilled legal practitioner with deep knowledge and years of experience in the areas of compliance and administrative best practices for health and welfare benefit programs. Chris’ previous work experience includes working as an attorney for an AMLAW 100 firm as a health and welfare benefits subject matter expert and 10 years at large international consulting firm where he played a major role in the development of that consulting firm’s U.S. health and welfare compliance practice.
Monte Masten MD, MBA, MPH, FACOG Chief Medical Officer, Marsh McLennan Agency
Dr. Monte Masten, MD, MBA, MPH, FACOG, serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Marsh & McLennan Agency. In this role, Dr. Masten leads the MMA Planning & Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team, which provides data analysis and health risk mitigation strategies for MMA clients.
Dr. Masten has over 25 years of leadership experience in patient care, consulting, managed care, population health management, and pharmacy management with diverse teams at national health plans, large employers, and health systems. Most recently, he was National Senior Medical Director, Clinical Transformation at Aetna based out of the Atlanta, GA office.
