Melissa Nelson is a seasoned consultant within our Employee Health & Benefits Practice at MMA. Melissa serves in various leadership capacities within the organization and industry, but her primary focus is advising clients in the management of their benefit programs and priorities. |
Betsy Nota-Kirby is MMA’s National Director of Health Management Consulting. In this role she leads a team of health management consultants in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and National Director of Clinical Management Consulting to design and execute a nationally integrated, comprehensive wellness strategy for middle market clients. |
Sharon M. Werner is Chief HR Officer of Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, a subsidiary of Marsh Inc., the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor. During her 24-year career, Sharon has held senior positions in human resources with a number of firms. Most recently, she was managing director, Human Resources with Trinchero Family Estates. Previously, she was senior vice president, Human Resources and chief people officer with Time-Warner's Synapse Group, Inc. |
Dr. Monte Masten, MD, MBA, MPH, FACOG, serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Marsh & McLennan Agency. In this role, Dr. Masten leads the MMA Planning & Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team, which provides data analysis and health risk mitigation strategies for MMA clients. |
